CCT Wellness Programs

Cochise Combined Trust believes in the importance of preventive screenings, access to care, and overall wellbeing. Each year, you will have the opportunity to attend a variety of preventative screenings that take place on-site. CCT Medical Benefit Plan Members have a $750 Plan Year Wellness Benefit that is used to cover the cost of preventative screenings.
